24 And the one who had received the one talent came up also and[a] said, ‘Master, because I[b] knew you, that you are a hard man, reaping where you did not sow and gathering from where you did not scatter seed.[c] 25 And because I[d] was afraid, I went away and[e] hid your talent in the ground. See, you have what is yours!’ 26 But his master answered and[f] said to him, ‘Evil and lazy slave! You knew that I reap where I did not sow and gather from where I did not scatter seed.[g]
